Creating the concept, Directing and capturing performances by leading poets like Kae Tempest, Sophia Thakur, George the Poet and lionheart. this work highlights the vibrancy of contemporary British culture. Through his lens, Simon illuminates the space where these poets dare to dream, speak, and share their truths, offering a powerful reminder of the dynamic and living essence of cultural expression.
The poets revival
The foundation of this project consisted of one institutional film and twelve distinctive, individual films and a series of individual photographic portraits of each poet. The marketing for this event was built on this rich visual content, leading to a sold-out and critically acclaimed event.
